The Art Commission's annual Gala Mixer promises to be another very special evening! two-part
QuickBooks
Training
Seminar
will
be
held
Wednesday,
Feb.

3rd

4:00-9:00
p.m.
with
a
one-hour
dinner
break
(on
your
own,
several
restaurants
in
immediate
area).
The
class
will
be
held
in
the
Lake
Stevens
Fire
Station
82
Board
Room,

The
cost
is
only
$40
for
both
sessions
for
Chamber
members
and
$100
for
non-members.
The
cost
includes
a
Student
Manual
(approximately
350
pages)
provided
in
Word
Format
on a
CD.
Printed
manuals
can
be
purchased
for
an
additional
cost
of
$10,
and
must
be
ordered
in
advance.
Those
who
register
are
encouraged
to
bring
a
laptop
as
there
will
be a
demonstration
CD
provided.
At
our
first
set
of
classes,
some
found
using
the
laptop
to
be
helpful,
and
others
found
it
easier
to
listen
and
watch
the
instructors
projected
screen
and
take
notes.
If
you
attend
and
complete
both
presentations
you
will
receive
a
"Certificate
of
Completion"
from
our
certified
instructor.
We
have
had
some
excellent
comments
from
students
in
the
previous
class.
Because
our
instructor
is
also
a
certified
bookkeeper
with
a
background
in
business
bookkeeping,
she
is
very
good
at
fielding
any
questions
that
come
up
pertaining
to
using
QuickBooks
for
your
business.
